Overview
This video series was built to give DeCarli Contractors a lasting brand asset — one that could serve as a foundational “hero” video while generating cutdowns for social platforms and future promotions. The project included two main pieces: one focused on company values and policy, and another showcasing DeCarli’s construction process on-site
Creative Roles
I led the direction and production of the series, including script supervision, interview development, post-production, and brand integration. We collaborated closely with DeCarli’s team and their clients to capture key construction moments while ensuring the pace of filming aligned with active worksites and day-to-day operations.
Approach
We structured the production around real-time activity, emphasizing efficiency, safety, and the pride DeCarli brings to each project. Interviews were filmed in context, onsite, with crews in motion—creating a grounded, honest tone. The final videos reflect the rhythm of a working contractor while delivering clear brand messaging.
Social Cutdowns
To extend the life of the hero videos, we delivered multiple short-form edits tailored for social media. These cutdowns spotlighted key services, values, and project visuals — giving DeCarli a flexible content library for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Each video was designed to perform as a standalone while reinforcing the full story.
Outcome
DeCarli now has a modern, multi-use video suite that positions their team with confidence. From polished brand films to agile social clips and branded visuals, the deliverables continue to support their ongoing marketing and client communications.
